At Florida Business Agents, LLC, we represent both Buyers and Sellers. Our experience has proven that in order for a transaction to be successful, the transactional brokerage is the key to success. Whether it comes down to financing the deal or coming up with creative solutions for getting a deal done when it hits roadblocks, our experience is invaluable to clients.

Mission

 

Our primary mission is profesionalism and listening to our client's needs. We do not put our brokerage needs in front of our clients; rather, we ensure that the needs of the client are identified up front so that the deal can be struck around those needs.

 

Many brokers will take on clients to maximize their own cash flow, but at Florida Business Agents, we take pride in helping the client plan for the right move, and if that means waiting for the right time to make the right move, then we adhere to our mission in being professional and waiting until the time is right.

Buyer Representation

 

We pride ourselves in being business owners ourselves. Our board of directors is made up of owners that currently own and operate multi-million businesses. This experience allows our brokers to gain a different kind of understanding with Buyers. We know what questions to ask, and can help coach a Buyer through the often-times difficult task of identifying the right business for that particular Buyer.

 

We will do whatever it takes to ensure that the needs of the Buyer client are met. We will work with you to identify what sectors you want to work, and what cash flow requirements you have after debt service. We will not show you businesses outside of your requirements because we want to maximize your time in due diligence on the right business.

Seller Representation

Entrepreneurs tend to be emotional about the business they have built, and demand respect as they travel through the process of Exiting their company. An Exit Strategy is best built using experience and taking precautions in order to maximize the sales price at closing. We can help in this process.

 

We listen to our clients to identify their needs at closing and we discuss up front what the current market conditions look like, and the opportunities for reaching the client's goals.

 

Our client's goals are maximized, not worked around. We take these goals to heart and will do everything in our power to ensure that our representation is professional and lucrative for the client.
